In fact, we are actively investing in our fresh food departments, in the people that will serve customers, and in the latest equipment. We believe that it is a key part of the customer experience and a longstanding pillar of our business – all built around quality fresh food.
We are proud of our renowned butcher department. We pride ourselves on offering premium quality 100% Irish beef, chicken, pork and lamb to our customers. All our meat is prepared by our own butchers who are traditionally trained, using the skilled techniques of generations past. Our beef is 21 day aged, resulting in maximum flavour, tenderness and texture. We have a wide selection of meats and select cuts – perfect for cooking for one, two, for families and for bigger occasions.
Our experienced team of butchers are happy to give the best cooking tips and advice for preparing your meat at home. We love to see our customers return to ask our butchers for new ways to serve up special dishes. There is also a great range of pre-prepared and marinated meats for convenient dinner ideas. From store made burgers to chicken kebabs or stir-fry options, the choice is yours.
