CREATE REWARDS:

After losing the first five kilos, I rewarded myself by buying new clothes. When I hit a Goal, I treated myself to a new haircut.

Instead of a full-size chocolate bar, have a smaller one. Or, if there’s cake at work, split a piece.

When I went on holidays, I used the hotel gym every day. I made wise food choices at mealtimes- and didn’t gain a pound!
