Passionate about organic handmade food, Deirdre Hilliard ran a stall at the Midleton Farmers Market for many years. In 2004, she established The Just Food Company to supply select supermarkets, like Nolan’s, and restaurants. From her commercial kitchen in Cobh, County Cork, Deirdre and her team prepare a diverse range of fresh delicious meals, using organic ingredients as local as possible.
